Sorry guys. No more dyno. His hard drive failed and I don't know if he got it fixed or not. But it's now been officially sold (last we were told) and someone from Ohio was coming down today to pick it up. Decent turnout (62) since we counted an additional 6 shows who've decided to compete with us on the date. (Argh!) Thanks for all the people who have been loyal and made the trek to the show. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves. We'll start the planning waaaay earlier next year since we now have to jump through red tape.
(Red tape reference: car audio competition and bike burnout was shut down because of people complaining of noise during the regular show! Even though I had the mayor's office's okay, I didn't have an official permit. So...we were told to not start it. Rather, I was told it was my choice to do whatever, but they'd have to do their job if I do. I know it's their job, so not mad at the police. Just overall situation sucked.)

The Sonshine Academy was having their dance recital just across the parking lot from you guys. Might want to make sure nothing is going on in the auditorium when planning next year. Those angry mom's watching their daughters dance are quick to call the cops I'm guessing.

Situation's been fixed/approved already and we'll have signed papers in our hands. If I wanted to be a butt, everything was blockaded. They decided to drive around our blockade and park IN our roped off car show area. Those blockades were approved by the Mayor's office. So I could have 1. had their vehicles towed or 2. had them ticketed. No doubt I'll be having a conversation with Sonshine academy and the school regarding the matter if we overlap again. I didn't want to be ugly, but obviously, those individuals had no care for the people/kids running around in the roped off areas.
